TREK MENU

The food committee has prepared a great menu for us!  We will be eating much better than the pioneers.  If you have dietary concerns, please let Kristina or Andre know.  Kristina 823-8296, blaine_kristina30@hotmail.com.  Andre 435-823-2918, andreleebirchell@yahoo.com.  There will be gluten free pancakes, cookies, etc, but we need to identify how many individuals are gluten free, so please let them know.

Wednesday:
Dinner- Soup or stew, biscuits or scone, fruit and salads, drinks, root beer floats.


Thursday:
Breakfast- Bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns, yogurt, fruit drink.

Lunch- Sandwich ham/turkey, go-gurt, chips, rice krispie treats, apple or orange.

Dinner- Chicken, potatoes, relish tray, fruit, beans, rolls?, brownies.


Friday:  
Breakfast- Pancakes, sausage, eggs, fruit, yogurt, drink.

Lunch- Sandwich ham/turkey, chips, cheese sticks, pudding, fruit.

Dinner- Steak, cheesy potatoes, salad, beans, cobbler/ice cream, drinks, bread.


Saturday:
Breakfast- Burritos, yogurt, muffins, fruit

Lunch- Sandwich ham/turkey, chips, cheese sticks, cookies, fruit.
